Return Process

  Log in to your Steve Madden account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, original condition.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Attach the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier service point across Malaysia.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 14 business days to your original payment method.
